Every supplier invoice in one place. Upload the files and Bevery reads them, putting each document up for review before it is recorded. Payment terms, due dates and paid status are in plain sight, and purchase VAT comes out ready for the accountant. Anyone shopping for "just the OCR" is really buying this: the reading is a feature of the module, not the module.

F&B
From ingredient cost to plate margin.
Ingredients, recipe cards, menus, stock and sales. When an ingredient's price changes, the cost of every card using it follows — and the history is kept, so you know when it moved and by how much. Margin is worked out on the price excluding VAT, because the VAT you charge was never your revenue.
F&B includes Purchasing. This is not an upsell: supplier invoices are where the costs on your recipe cards come from.

HR

Staff records, clock-ins from a kiosk or the employee's own app, leave and payroll. An attendance record is a legal document, so punches are never edited: a correction sits beside the original, with its reason in view. It depends on no other module.

The dashboard and the reports read the modules you have switched on and show only what those feed them. With Purchasing alone you see what you spend and with whom; add F&B and food cost and margins sit beside it. It is not a separate module and is not sold on its own.

How they combine
The sellable shapes are Purchasing, F&B and HR, in any combination.
- F&B includes Purchasing
- Costing plates without the supplier invoices behind them is half the job, so F&B is never sold on its own. Add F&B to an existing Purchasing account and everything already recorded stays.
- HR stands alone
- It depends on neither Purchasing nor F&B and can be the only module you run. A group that only needs the clock and payroll is well served by it.
- Analytics and the core are always there
- Your account, group, restaurants, team and access rules are not a module and are never switched off. Analytics comes with them, whatever the combination.
- Changing your mind costs no data
- Switching a module off hides its area and keeps everything in it. Switching it back on shows the data exactly as it was.
